Pimsleur German Day 13

by Josh on June 28, 2011

I’m losing a lot of motivation to continue studying German. The main reason is that I see myself in China in two months and my time would be better spent right now learning Mandarin. Tomorrow I will start doing Mandarin Pimsleur Mandarin.

Don’t stop!
Don’t stop!
Don’t stop!
Don’t stop!
The comment was to short so I had to copy and paste it several times.

Greetings. Did Pimsleur help you get a fair grasp of German? I am disappointed that you decided to drop it. I’ve used your written notes as a help as of late as I started this program

Two weeks wasn’t enough to get a grasp of the language; I was only left with a few basic phrases. I’m in Israel right now so I’ve been distracted from learning German but I’ll get back with it in the not too distant future. Thanks for stopping by!

I agree! I was using your notes as well! I was especially hopeful because I am using a somewhat outdated version of pimsleur (uses Marks instead of euros) and also my unit 26 mp3 file is corrupted. I’m currently up to lessons 27/28 but it’s killing me that I missed out on 26 and I’m struggling. Oh well. Good luck with everything else!

I was inspired by your idea, so I created my own blog.
Now I finished lesson 14, and your posts helped me a lot, so thank you :)
